"Rolling Stones"

Proverbs 16:3 "Commit to the LORD whatever you do, and your plans will succeed."

Commit: I looked this word up in the Greek and it means to "roll as stones". I also looked it up in the Lexicon which said that the power of this word is expressed in the German root ~ that these plans should be rolled quickly.

What a picture this paints ~ Our plans are heavy and should not be carried, they are like a heavy stone or heap of rocks on our backs. And they will remain heavy in our life ~ until we commit them to the LORD.

The LORD says: roll these heavy stones, these heap of rocks over to me and do it quickly and you will see my full Power work.

"Commit your way to the LORD; trust in him, and he will act." Psalm 37:5
